■ WELL-BEING CULTURE
Helping Our People Bring Their Best to Work
Prioritizing Well‑being to Support High Performance
Providing an environment where every member of the firm can bring their best self each day enhances our ability to attract and retain top talent and provide the very best client service. Focused on the pillars of Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Meaningful Connection, and Fulfilling Careers, our efforts aim to protect and promote well-being; provide access to well-being resources, information, and services; and coordinate well-being programming and communications for all firm members.

One of our many well-being resources is our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which got a significant upgrade at the end of 2025. Our new provider ComPsych, a worldwide leader in organizational mental health and resilience, provides our people and their eligible household members with a robust, holistic suite of services that includes:
■ Confidential counseling
■ Financial and legal resources
■ Work-life support such as childcare and relocation services
■ Additional wellness tools

We have to bring our best selves to be able to work in the legal profession in a sustainable way without experiencing burnout. Foley genuinely cares for our people, and supporting their well-being helps ensure they can stay in this job for many years and enjoy doing it.”
The benefits of volunteering are many, from improving physical and mental health to providing opportunities for meaningful connections and a sense of purpose. Many Foley attorneys and business professionals, often alongside our clients, contribute their time and talent to numerous organizations in the communities where we live and work.
In 2025, our community engagement team launched the Deed global workplace giving, volunteering, and employee well-being platform within Foley to make it easier for our people to connect with our local communities. They can use Deed to:

Sign up to participate in Foley-hosted activities that support our Boys & Girls Clubs of America partnership and other local office volunteer and charitable events.

Discover and create new social communities within Foley.

Organize and contribute to Foley-organized fundraisers.

Discover nonprofits of every cause area in their local communities.
